Hey 6th grade families! My name is Shara Garcia and I am the interim JH78 Pastor at North Coast Church’s Vista campus. Soon, all North Coast students will be promoting into the next grade and we want this process to be as smooth as possible. It was recently announced that Travis Sybert was promoted to a new role at North Coast and we have hired Gordy Nixon to start full-time with us in June. We can’t wait for everyone to meet him! Please read on to learn about how promotion will work and to see some events coming up here in the summer.

JOIN OUR SOCIAL MEDIA COMMUNITY:

SUPER TNL (JUNE 6) & PARENT MEETING (JUNE 13)

TNL (Tuesday Night Live) is known throughout North County! It is our youth group that takes place every Tuesday Night from 7-9pm. We would like to invite your 6th grader to join us for their first TNL on June 6th! We’re branding the event Super TNL because we will have 6th-8th graders all with us. We will play games, worship and hear a short message! Once your student is an official 7th grader with us, they will meet in small groups which is the core of what we do.

We will also be having a Parent Meeting on June 13th at 6pm. We are inviting all parents/guardians to come meet our new JH78 Pastor, Gordy Nixon. Come meet him and find out our vision and what we have planned this summer. We'll be meeting in the Warehouse.

***May 30th will be their final Tuesday night hanging out with Tower 6***

WEEKEND SERVICE- JOIN US STARTING JUNE 10/11

We hold a Saturday church service at 5pm and Sunday church services at 9am and 11am in the junior high room. We play a game, worship and hear an age relevant sermon from the JH78 staff.

There is no need to preregister for our weekend services. Bring a Bible and get ready to have some fun with us!

PARTY ALL SUMMER LONG AT JH78

We have so many fun events planned for this summer!

We have beach days, an overnighter, dress up days, dance parties and so much more. Check back on our website later on for our Summer Calendar!

7TH GRADE ADVENTURE WHITEWATER: JULY 23-29
8TH GRADE ADVENTURE WHITEWATER: JULY 30- AUG 6

Every year, we spend two incredible weeks up at the Klamath River near the California and Oregon border with Adventure Whitewater white water rafting, jumping off rocks, swimming in the river, and sleeping and worshipping God underneath the stars. We load up in 15 passenger vans and take an adventure of a lifetime.
